Delivery conditions

After receipt of your obligatory order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Within 5-10 working days, after we have received your print data respectively your order confirmation, your commodities will be shipped via parcel service. Express orders upon request

Payment condition solely against prepayment Other payment conditions are only possible after consultation and with a credit insurance based on appropriate creditworthiness.

For orders with a value of 5.000.- € and up we request an advanced payment as high as 50 % of the order amount payable immediately after receipt of the order confirmation. The remaining 50% are due before shipping of commodities.

The cancellation of an ongoing order will lead to a payment as high as 80 % of the order amount. Cancellation within less than 5 working days before shipping will lead into a payment as high as 100 % of the order amount.

Starting with the shipment date we grant a 2 year guarantee for all systems. The guarantee does not apply to graphics.

Due to production procedures all pictures shown may evince discrepancies.
